Shamelessly Advertising for PBwikis

slide11I’ve written before about how much I like wikis. I’m not paid by PBWiki in any way. Really! I do like the way they do wikis, though. There’s many others out there (they may appeal to you more than PBWiki…): Wetpaint, Wikidot, Wikispaces, and Zoho wiki. Actually, most are pretty user friendly.

Anyway, PBwiki has a series of upcoming webinars OR you could just jump right in and give a wiki a try. They really make for easy web pages and serve to promote collaboration.

Give it a try!

Wondering Whether Wikis Work Well For You?

Clipart Illustration Of A Chimp In Thought, Sitting On Top Of A Stack Of Books And Staring At A Globe, Pondering The UniverseI mentioned in the previous post that I like Wikis. If you don’t know what a wiki is or you would like to learn how to more effectively make use of wikis, Wikispaces is offering a free Webinar on how to maximize a wiki for educational purposes. Space is limited and a software download of Elluminate is required. I’ve enrolled and I hope to ‘see’ you there!
